Pesto Vegetarian Lasagne (frozen or fresh depending on availability)

It’s all about the thin layers of fresh pasta, real pesto, green beans, creamy béchamel and plenty of Grana Padano.

Serves 4-6 people 

Bake at 200°c for 20-25 mins until hot, crispy and golden brown.

Ingredients: Fresh egg pasta (flour, semolina, eggs, turmeric powder), green beans, potatoes, pesto (basil, garlic, extra olive oil, Grana Padano cheese (vegetarian), pine nuts, pecorino cheese, parsley, lemon juice), béchamel sauce (milk, butter, flour, spices, salt).
