Chef Frankie
Chef Frankie or Francesco as his Mamma e Papà know him was born in Lecco, Itay in 1983. He has been studying or working with food since he was 14 years old.
For those that have met Frankie you will instantly know his understanding and passion for all things food is strong and authentic and you can taste this in everything he does.
Frankie has worked in restaurants all over the world and here in Australia with Icebergs, The Dolphin, Three Blue Ducks and Iggy's bakery, just to name a few.
Frankie met The Bread Social guys 10 years ago and it's a dream come true to be part of the family and working alongside of them at their Currumbin Waters Cafe and Bakery.
Frankie is a chef, a baker and a dad. His devotion to all three is honourable.
