Its all about the thin GF layers of fresh pasta, wagyu beef ragu, creamy béchamel sauce and plenty of Grana Padano.

Serves 4-6 people

Bake at 200°c for 20-25 mins until hot, crispy and golden brown.

Ingredients: Gluten free pasta (gluten free flour, eggs, tumeric powder) beef mince, vegetables (carrots, onions, celery), red wine, chicken stock (chicken frames, celery, onions, ginger, carrots, parsley, spices, pork feet, chicken feet), tomato paste, peeled tomatoes, Grana Padano cheese (vegetarian), milk, béchamel sauce (milk, butter, gluten free flour, spices, salt).
