Father's Day Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Open to local (Gold Coast, Brisbane & surrounding areas) residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements stated in the Father’s Day giveaway post. Each eligible entry must be an original response and comply with the competition instructions.

  3. Game of Skill: This is a game of skill. The winner will be selected based on the creativity, originality and/or skill demonstrated in their entry. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

  4. Prize: The winner will receive the advertised Father’s Day prize with a total value of $266 AUD.

  5. Prize will be drawn at 10am on Saturday 5th September.

  6. Prize Collection: The prize is pickup only from the Promoter's nominated location. No postage, delivery or alternative collection arrangements are available unless agreed to by the Promoter.

  7. Prize Conditions: The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable for another prize.

  8. Winner: The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message using the account details provided with their entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
